1 Large Sweet Potato (as oval as possible)

Olive Oil

Garlic Powder

Turmeric Powder

Paprika

The Power of the Sweet Potato: Sweet potatoes are high in fiber, which has been shown to promote a healthy digestive system. They also contain nutrients including iron, calcium, selenium, B vitamins, Vitamin C, as well as beta-carotene, which converts to Vitamin A once consumed!
